The Swan Inn Restaurant

Hot and cold food is available lunchtimes and evenings Monday-Saturday, with an a-la-carte menu served, and a traditional 3 course roast lunch on Sundays. We have a varied menu which is changed monthly, including game dishes and vegetarian dishes. We also run a specials board, that is changed weekly. All our food is freshly prepared and cooked to order in our kitchens. Special diets can be catered for or if you have a favourite food for a special occasion we are always happy to provide if given sufficient notice. We will be hoping to offer a set lunch menu soon. Please look out for updates We encourage advance booking whenever possible to avoid disappointment. Food is served daily between 12am - 2pm and 6:30pm - 9:30pm Monday to Saturday and 12am - 5pm Sunday (bookings only between 3pm and 5pm)

We have a special bistro night on the fourth Monday of each month, where we feature a fixed price three course menu from a particular region or country.   Also, every Wednesday we have a Best of British evening.  This is a fixed price three course menu.

Both these special evenings are very popular and advance booking is essential.

We also offer a special menu for nights such as Valentines day and Beaujolais day, and during the Christmas period.  Details of these can be found on the special events page.

  During the course of the year we will have special fixed price menus to celebrate special days.  Example menus are shown here but the actual menu is available within a month of the event.
